On Tuesday, the Horizon League announced the preseason men’s and women’s golf polls and RMU golf was selected to finish eighth out of 10 teams on the men’s side.

In the preseason poll, Wright State is the favorite with 100 votes and 10 first-place votes.

During their fall schedule, RMU golf competed in five invitationals, with their best finish coming at the Metropolitan Intercollegiate Championships, where they placed second out of 10 teams.

Their first tournament for the spring will be on March 19 and they will be competing in the Carpetbagger Classic in Urbana, Maryland.
