RMU Softball vs Youngstown State (21-13, 16-10 Horizon)

The Colonials are back in action this weekend as they host the Youngstown State Penguins (27-9, 20-4 Horizon) for a doubleheader. The Colonials are coming off a series against IUPUI in which they took three of the four games from the Jaguars.

Meanwhile, the Penguins look to stay atop the Horizon League standings. YSU has won their past six games, including a sweep of Green Bay.

First pitch for both games on both Friday and Saturday is at 2:30 pm.

RMU Women’s Lacrosse vs Central Michigan, Detroit Mercy (10-2, 6-0 MAC)

Women’s lacrosse is looking to continue their dominant Mid-American Conference debut as they host Central Michigan on Saturday at noon and travel to Detroit Mercy on Wednesday for a game at 3 p.m. Eastern.

The Colonials have won their past five, and put on an offensive showcase against Akron, winning 18-4.

Saturday’s game against the Chippewas will be celebrating the graduate seniors for the Colonials who came back using their extra year of academic eligibility given by the NCAA. These players are; Mackenzie Gandy, Melanie Gandy, Katelyn Miller, Madison Burke, Thalia Zolis, Kelly Colegrove, and Shea McArdle.

RMU Track and Field @ Red Flash Invitational

After hosting their first meet since 2014, the RMU track team stays in-state as they head to the Red Flash Invitational, hosted by St. Francis.

The Colonials will be in Loretto all day on Saturday.

RMU Rowing @ Black Rock Invitational

Rowing heads to the Queen City— Buffalo, New York, as they take part in the Black Rock Invitational on Sunday.

Rowing is coming off an impromptu home matchup with West Virginia on Sunday, April 18 with both the Colonials’ Varsity Fours and Varsity Eights boats seeing action.

RMU Golf @ Horizon League Championships

The RMU golf team is in action in West Lafayette, Indiana as they wrap up their Horizon League season at Birck Boilermaker Golf Club for the Horizon League Championships.

The Colonials are coming off two tough outings at the Mountaineer Invitational and the Wright State Invitational.
