As autumn is in full swing, it’s time for hockey season. Former Robert Morris Men’s Hockey player was named captain of the Wheeling Nailers.
Wheeling is the ECHL affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins.
While with the Colonials from 2018-2021, Addamo finished with 22 goals and 27 assists in 96 games played.
Following the 2021 season, Addamo transferred after the hockey programs were cut to Rensselaer Polytech Institute. While with RPI, Addamo tallied 14 goals and five assists in 42 games.
Last year with the Nailers, Addamo finished with 21 goals and 12 assists. He was also loaned to the Wilkes-Barre Scranton Penguins for 14 games last season. While playing for Wilkes-Barrie, Addamo tallied five goals.
Addamo will look to lead the Nailers back to the playoffs after missing it last season.
