Robert Morris student-athlete Jonathan Wynn was arrested by Moon Township Police on Tuesday and has been charged with two misdemeanors.

WPXI reported late Monday evening that he would be facing charges for allegedly performing sex acts in public.

Public court documents show that Wynn was charged with a level two misdemeanor for indecent exposure and a level three misdemeanor for open lewdness.

The University said in a statement to Colonial Sports Network saying:

“RMU is aware of the charges brought against the student. We cannot comment further on student matters or our student conduct process.”

Wynn is currently awaiting a preliminary hearing.
