Robert Morris to Host Penn State in a Charity Exhibition Game

Robert Morris will play the game for Director of Operations Matthew Sweet, diagnosed with cancer in March 2023.

Robert Morris will participate in part of the Coaches vs. Cancer Foundation and will host Penn State at the UPMC Event Center on Friday, Oct. 27 at 7 p.m.

Robert Morris will play the game for Director of Operations Matthew Sweet, diagnosed with cancer in March 2023. Penn State will be playing for the Peavy Foundation. Alex Peavy is a friend of the Penn State family.

This will be the second time that these teams meet. The first time these teams met was in 2009.

Robert Morris has partnered with the Northeast Region of the Cancer Society for 14 years. This will be a great event for both teams to come together and raise money to find a cure for cancer.

Tickets for the game are $10 and go on sale Monday, Oct. 2.
