Holden finished last week with seven goals on 16 shots, five assists, four ground balls and 12 points.

Colonial midfielder Elliot Holden was named ASUN Player of the Week the conference announced Tuesday.

After the midfielder’s performances in the 16-11 win over St Bonaventure and the 9-8 overtime loss to Canisius. In the games, the graduate student tallied a total of seven goals and five assists for 12 points, including a hat-trick against the Bonnies.

Holden improved against Canisius, even though the Colonials fell just short, scoring four against the Golden Griffins.

The Colonials will look to improve against rival Hobart this Saturday, March 2, when they travel to Geneva, N.Y. at 2 p.m.
