Kevin Martina has transferred from Sam Houston, joining the Colonials with three years of eligibility.

Before his time with Sam Houston, Martina played in the FIBA U20 European Challenger Tournament, averaging 17.6 points per game, 8.4 rebounds per game, 3.4 assists per game, and 1.2 blocks per game.

Also, at the tournament, the Geneva, Switzerland, native shot 66 percent from the three-point line and finished with an efficiency of 23.4, which was the highest.

Then in his time with the Bearkats, Martina ended the season averaging 3.9 minutes per game, appearing in a total of 11 games. During those 11 games, Martina collected 16 points, a field goal percentage of .583, and an even.500 free throw percentage.

On December 2, 2021, Martina played 16 total minutes in the contest against Schreiner, which was a season-high. Also, during the same contest, he gained season highs of eight points per game, four field goals, four rebounds, and one blocked shot.

Robert Morris still has one more scholarship spot reaming for the 2022-23 season with options to choose from as the recruiting season winds down.
