On Thursday, The Horizon League released its cross-country poll. Robert Morris was ranked eighth in the Horizon League.
Youngstown State’s men’s cross country team has been ranked number one with 9 first-place votes.

Last year in the Horizon League Championships, the Colonials finished seventh and averaged a time of 26:18.6 with a team score of 181.
The Colonials roster consists of many sophomores and freshmen but will be led by their five upperclassmen. Senior Luke Byrne finished last year’s Horizon League Championship at 26:41.5.
The first cross country meet will be in New Wilmington Pa., at the Fisher Invitational on Fri. Sept. 1.
