Murray did not allow any goals as she saved 10 shots in her first two games as a Colonial goalkeeper. She achieved two clean sheets in the first two games of the season, which has not happened for the team since 2008.
The Raleigh, N.C. native transferred from UNC Charlotte back in April and had a career average of 1.06 goals allowed and a 75.5 save percentage in her two years as a 49er.
Murray hopes to continue her success as the women’s soccer team heads to Akron on Thursday, Aug. 24 at 4 p.m.
