The Robert Morris track and field team released their schedule for the 2021 season, featuring two home meets, two road meets and the Horizon League Championships.

Their two home meets will hope to start the season in a good way, as on September 3, they will host the Yinzer Classic with multiple local foes in Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon, Seton Hill, Youngstown State and Duquesne, taking place at Youthtowne in Clinton. Then, on September 17, the Colonials will be back at Youthtowne for the RMU Colonial Invitational.

On October 1 the Colonials hit the road for the first time, taking part in the Paul Short Run in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. To end the regular season, they will compete in the Canisius Alumni Classic on October 16, in Buffalo. The Horizon Leauge Championships will be held on October 30, in Carmel, Indiana. If the team does qualify, the NCAA Mid-Atlantic regional will be on November 12 in Bethlehem and the NCAA Championship will be on November 20 in Tallahassee.

The Colonials are looking for a big year, and reviving the men’s team that was cut in 2013 should be a large part of it.
