Jamie Keller named MAC Defensive Player of the Week

Coming off their 10-6 win against Akron Wednesday, the RMU women’s lacrosse team has received their first weekly honor of 2022. Senior goalkeeper Jamie Keller has received MAC Defensive Player of the Week.

Keller stopped 12 of Akron’s shots in the win against the Zips on Wednesday, keeping the Colonials at a perfect 3-0 record in conference play, and improving to a 3-4 overall on the young season.
Keller has 45 saves on the season, posting a 37 percent save percentage.
The Colonials will continue their hot conference start hosting Central Michigan tomorrow at 1 p.m.
