With three years of eligibility left, Robert Morris forward Sol Castro announced her decision to enter the transfer postal on her Instagram Monday.

She was out for the 2022-23 season due to surgery on her left foot.

During her time at Robert Morris, Castro was on the Horizon League All-Freshman team in 2020-21. She was also the Colonials Team MVP in 2020-21.

She is the first player in program history to come from Argentina.

Over the course of her career, she finished 9.1 points, 1.2 assists, 5.4 rebounds and just less than one steal per game.

She scored a career-high 23 points against Wright State on Jan. 22, 2021.

Castro tells Colonial Sports Network that she is fully recovered and will not lose a year of eligibility due to the injury.
