MOON TOWNSHIP— After bringing in seven new future Colonials on Early Signing day Dec. 19, the Robert Morris football team earned their eighth signing in the past week with the commitment of Junior College transfer offensive lineman Trevor Renfro.

Renfro comes from Mesa Community College in Mesa, Ariz. He comes in at 6’3″ and 285 lbs after one year at Mesa CC. During the 2018 season, Renfro played in six games for the Thunderbirds who finished 4-5 on the season with an offense that produced 31.2 points per game and 211.2 rushing yards per game.

Renfro becomes the third transfer from the Arizona community college circuit which also brought the Colonials Bryce Fontana and Supilani Mailei during Early Signing day.

With much of the Colonials starting offensive line being juniors and seniors next season, look for Renfro to make his potential impact in the years to come for Robert Morris. Though, it has never been out of the question for RMU to start a young offensive lineman with a lot of potential.
