RMU 59 (5-15, NEC 3-4), Central Connecticut State 45 (1-17, NEC 0-7): The Colonials improved to 3-4 in conference play Thursday evening with a double-point victory over the Blue Devils of Central Connecticut State in New Britain, Connecticut. Robert Morris went into halftime up by seven points, but opened up their lead in the second half, outscoring the Blue Devils 34-27. Both junior Kavon Stewart and Sophomore Elijah Minnie led RMU’s offense with 15 points. Minnie also led the team in rebounds with nine total. The Colonials shot 38.6 percent from the field and 33.3 percent from long range.
